The Neo-Terran language, the official language of the Terran Autocracy and her realms, has for millenia been the chief tongue spoken by the denizens of Earth. Not a natural language but a constructed one, the tongue and its associated alphabet were developed by the Mundian Order in the 28^th Century A.D. in Antarctica. It was at this time, when the World was coming out of the Post-Apocalypse that men from all over the globe began to settle the great southern continent, speaking the many languages of their diverse homelands. A need arose for a common tongue to be shared amongst all. It was for this reason that Neo-Terran was developed.
     Over time it became the native language of all Oenotrians. By the middle of the 4^th Millenium, it would become the diplomatic used amongst all the nations of the Earth, and by the time the entire planet was united under the banner of the Terran Federation in 3797, Neo-Terran would become the primary language spoken across all the Earth.
